At WarmStoneHarbor, your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Our refund policy is intended to give you confidence in our services and products, while stipulating the conditions under which a refund may be possible.
General Conditions
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help. You can request a refund or exchange for your ordered items under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any food item must not have been consumed or tampered with.
Incorrect or Damaged Items

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that for health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns of perishable goods once they have left the restaurant. Non-perishable items that can be returned will be subject to our assessment and approval.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us first at +44 20 7946 0958 to inform us of your intention to return the product and the reasons behind it. You will be given instructions on how to proceed. We recommend that you return the item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
